Are you on Myfitnesspal? I have a much better understanding of what I need to do after joining that. And while peeking at other people's open food diaries seems a little stalker-worthy....it sure does help to figure out how it works off plan. You'll do great on maintenance. You are so close and should be really proud of what you've done.

Sydney

Sydneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11338401553362637766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2117433201475982204.post-29437841194531569932012-08-09T15:58:00.402-07:002012-08-09T15:58:00.402-07:00Hey Kelly! Don't let stress keep you from your goal, McStresserson or not. ;) However, if you're finding you're having problems as you transition back to everyday food, it may be because there are underlying problems--like your stress--and your reaction to it that may have never gotten addressed. We all have common needs, but sometimes handle them with food or other things instead of in healthier ways. Take a look at the video in my link; it goes over these different needs and how to handle things for the long term.

Best of luck, and I'm totally jealous that you're getting new cardigans, lol.Courtney at RRIhttp://bit.ly/MGFm2Znoreply@blogger.com
